Kültür College is establishing a museum to showcase concrete and visual artefacts of the legacy passed down by its students and graduates over the 59 years of the school’s existence.

We at Kültür College have a number of reasons for founding the museum:

• We wanted to transfer the fundamental values and experience gained over 60 years to the younger generations.  We are proud of spanning three generations and we think that sharing our grandmothers’ and grandfathers’ stories with the younger members of our community will give the generations an opportunity to learn more about each other.
• In an era that emphasizes individualism more every day, we believe that one way to make our students feel that they belong to this community is to help them learn the history of their own school.
• We want to be of cultural service to the people of Ataköy, the community to which we belong.
• We hope to extend the idea of a museum from a classic understanding to one that will serve the people of the 21^st century. We want to pioneer creative studies and interactive exhibits that will make learning meaningful and lasting.
