Kültür College Education and Development Center (KUGEM), established with the aim of ensuring rapid adaptation of teachers and administrators from Kültür Koleji and Kültür2000 Koleji to changing environmental conditions and enhancing their personal competencies, has commenced the 2023-2024 academic process, which will last for 3 weeks. Nearly 400 teachers participated in the opening ceremony, where all administrators and teachers were present. Speaking at the CULDEV opening program, Ful Akıngüç, the Chairman of the Board of Kültür Koleji and Kültür2000 Koleji, stated that being a school that has nurtured nearly 4 generations over 64 years and has touched upon humanity and human life throughout those generations, the most important secret is the ability to adapt to change and transformation.
