   While art education aims to help people in making aesthetic judgement it teaches to feel new shapes, have fun and direct his sensations correctly. It is not for training artists but to direct everyone in creativity and meet his intellectual, cognitive, sensory and emotional needs. It endeavours to train creative power and potentials and organize aesthetic thinking and consciousness.

   Art is necessary as it enables the person to arrange his social relationships, cooperation and contribution, being able to chose and express the correct thing, experience the happiness of starting and completing a work and be productive.
